The Mission

My mission is to find the hottest burger spots and rate them based on what I think is the BEST burger in town. Some of the things I look for are burger:bun ratio - big burger - little bun? No good. Big bun and not enough burger, even worse!

You must ask me how I want it cooked and if you don't deliver, that's a bad thing. If you don't ask me how I want it cooked, I might even walk out.

It's all about first impressions. I start with a basic burger. I never use ketchup. If I like a place, I go back for more and then start trying the specialty stuff.

And occasionally I take my show on the road...
